Chauffeured Viewings
Austin Knight are happy to collect you to view properties you are interested in, from your office locations or elsewhere and chauffeur you to viewings, since we recognise that you perhaps are not familiar with the area and your time is a valuable commodity.

Out Of Hours Service
To reflect the 24/7 world we live in, we will be pleased to arrange viewings outside normal office hours if required, at a time that is convenient to you, and thus fit in with your busy schedule. Additionally, in an effort to extend to you a superior level of service, a member of staff will be available on the telephone out of office hours to answer any questions or arrange any necessary repairs or emergencies, since we recognise each tenant will have individual requirements.
