Chauffeured Viewings
Austin Knight are happy to collect potential tenants wishing to view properties, from their office locations or elsewhere and chauffeur them to viewings, since we recognise that your potential Tenants perhaps are not familiar with the area and their time is a valuable commodity.

Out Of Hours Service
To reflect the 24/7 world we live in, we will be pleased to visit your property for our initial consultation outside normal office hours if required, at a time that is convenient to you, and thus fit in with your busy schedule. Additionally, in an effort to extend to you a superior level of service, a member of staff will be available on the telephone out of office hours to answer any questions since we recognise each property and landlord will have individual requirements.
